30-day returns
Not happy with your order? You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
- Massagers and other personal-care items must be unused and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
- Your order number is required.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; returns sent without authorization can't be processed.
Return shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, broken or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can't be canceled, but it can be returned under this policy.
