Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

Every order ships free to addresses in the 50 United States. We never charge extra for shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

All products ship from US warehouses. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories at this time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
